At KORRES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural skincare purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened, and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
